How Low Have We Sunk?
It would be nice and helpful if we had as much concern for the families of this nation who are homeless and in as much need as the refugees who are supposedly fleeing the tyranny of the ISIS, Islam and the genocide propagated by them. We are giving them money that our government says we don’t have for own people.
How tragic that we can’t help our own people who are in need. I grant that we have a housing program and that it has restrictions and requirements that the people must meet, however, the programs for the refugees have no restrictions and the only requirement is that you must be Muslim to obtain the money and the help unrestrained. And in that you get more funding and food stamps than the Citizens of this nation. How wrong is that? This is not the first time that the liberals have done this.
If they are not a Citizen, then why are they given housing and assistance you won’t give to the people of this nation, not even to the Veterans, or first responders able and disabled, who have served this country to insure YOUR freedom and rights and protected your homes at Great sacrifice?
Nothing is free in this country when our veterans, active Duty Military, and First Responders offer their lives to protect you, your property and freedoms with their lives even to their death. Every freedom and right you have is Blood bought, paid for by the precious blood first of Jesus Christ, then by every man and woman who have served this nation in the Military, Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Service.
Then this nation turns its back on them and treats them worse than trash, and ignores their needs.
How sad that we as a nation are so selfish and blind.
Wake up people! Come back to the Lord.
We as Christians need to be more like Israel, in their hospitals the injured are not judged by nationality, race. Every person, no matter who they are is treated with the same care and professionalism, they receive the best care and treatment possible, even the enemy of Israel is treated just like the citizen.
Romans 12:17-21 (NKJV)
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.
18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
19 Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
20 Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Think about it. If you were in the same situation as those without homes, food and help, like the poor, veterans and first responders how would you feel when the people of your nation forgot about you?
