Eat healthy, by sitting down at the table to a well prepared meal, that is balanced from the garden and the pasture. Meat, eggs, bread, vegetables, and water or milk, before eating Pray and bless the food.
1 Timothy 4:4-5 (NKJV)
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving;
5 for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
This is where health begins, with the Word of God.
Begin your day with Prayer, Blessing the day and thanking the Lord for everything. Read Scripture Aloud, and then begin the day by going out singing praise to the Lord as you begin working or playing.
You have begun a most glorious day for the Lord, and a great one for you.
And don’t forget to end the day with prayer and thanksgiving.
